Not condoning sexism but that is clearly said as a joke and not maliciously. People these days get far too offended (not saying this isn't sexism, just a general point)
People under the spotlight from the media the whole time often say things that they regret. I think he was annoyed that he was being asked about his boss, perhaps it is a sensitive or frustrating subject to him. I am not saying that journalists should not ask what they want, however to then only allow very limited responses is the problem that we face in modern society when everything spoken is over-analysed.
I am as peaceful as a person could be, but I get a bit annoyed when I hear some of the tripe that the reporters come out with, some are so stupid, a quick slap would do no harm.
Yes, it certainly was dodgy, and he has since apologised for it. Tbh, I was a bit surprised that Moyes came out with that stuff in the first place. It wasn't like my impression of him, but then again people can often reveal themselves when they are under stress. Personally, I'd cut him a little slack this time, which probably means he'll get the sack.
Another year at that club and he'll be attacking children in the street, he needs to go. Feel a bit sorry for him, its like groundhog day, but its like the worst day ever each time.
