Anyway John shouting 'ACHIEVEMENT' at me is bad internet etiquette.

Apology accepted.

I suppose he (Kante) is just extremely ambitious. I'm over him leaving and like I say wish him well. I do wish he'd stayed to play in Europe though. I think if Real Madrid came in for him this summer he'd want to go.

I don't think anyone could think it wasn't the right decision. I'm firmly of the opinion that we'd have lost the last 3 leagues matches and been dumped out of the cL if he'd stayed. I think people have opinions which differ from mine on what happened and why there's been an upturn in form and they can have those. But whatever did happen had caused an alarming rot which the owners brave decision (judging by the reaction) has stopped

although ranieri losing those three was pretty likely with the run he had, we have seen many a manager turn it around (see any sunderland manager who joins in jan does **** all til april then goes on a miracle run) or even big sam whos just won 3 on the bounce or nigel pearson who had you rock bottom for quite a long time

if and thats a massive if you go down and you dont win the cl, thats the worse scenario ranieri would have done so even though you have won 4 on the trot you would not have been justified in sacking him (we will see where you end up).

Personally I don't have a problem with a run of bad results, I backed Pearson throughout. It's just when performances look hopeless and there seems to be division within the club that is enough for me. It's taking nothing from his achievement. I have seen that he is on Monday Night Football as a guest soon. I suspect Carragher will try and and turn it into an anti-LCFC fest but I trust Claudio to be more dignified and I hope he will achknowledge any responsibility he may feel to being some balance to the media storm

Ouch!

...we knew ...we gazumped them whilst other teams stood still ...and won a title ... cunning eh? ...like a Shakespearean villain... we like Shakespeare... :)

First English manager to do that in his first 4 league games if I've heard correctly. Good effort <ok>

First British manager which makes it more impressive given the amount of non-English British managers the Premier League has had.
