Got taken out for 'lunch' at a flashish bistro; missed the game. A Dutch woman looked up the score on her phone: 0-1 at 32 mins.

Off to a pub after that and some guy came up to me and said "Carroll".

Out in the beergarden sun, with Lurchers, Dutch lass looks up the score and holds up her iPhone. FT: 2-1!

Before this - Wednesday in Cambridge; good day with a mate.

Thursday - landlord told me I'm getting a walk-in shower, new washbasin and decorating/tiling.

This has been an epic week...<ok>

Put your mortgage on robertson signing with west ham now.

They were already interested in the past but now he's actually scored against them it's pretty much nailed on

After the first half performance they can ****ing have him, he was ****e.

Markovic has sublime skill. His touch, pace and ability is second to none. But his willingness is questionable. He'd have scored or got a pen if he'd made an effort to Harry the goalie in the first half.

Thought Elmo was excellent at rb too. Two brilliant defensive headers, beat Carroll in the air for one and the one at the end was brave too.
Great corner and goal and great move for the first.
Was it a foul on markovic in the area when he went through?? Looked it to me but it was at the other end.

Why didn't Harry play on the left of the three cbs?? Davies could not have been anymore uncomfortable.
I wouldn't have him in the squad for wensdee.

I think it was more like introducing them to each other and pointing out the colour coded shirts were the ones to pass to, cos in the first half they looked like 11 strangers!

Bloody brill 2nd half, massive result and 3 points. Thought after the spell of being on top, hitting post, we were then going to bottle it. Lazar stepped up 2nd half, Jak played well coming for loads of balls, taking out of the danger area.

Ref was abysmal, as was The Chuckle brothers on the lines.

And breathe, chill, enjoy a nice bottle of wine and look forward to MOTD!

When ya look at 10,11 & 12th on the table only 7 point behind, I know what ya thinking but it is bloody tight down there and allot of footy to play still. Come on.

I thought that spell looked vital, and then we started giving them possession again. Had a second wind towards the end though.

The ref looked a raving loony at one point shouting with his hands stretched out at one of our players. Wondered if he was about to have a negative effect for us then.

That was just what we needed. Tomorrow an abysmal bad tempered 0-0 draw seems to be the favourite result. If we win on Wednesday and Spurs beat Swansea on the same night then sweet smiles all round.

I was trying to work it out, what did Tricky see that caused him to run form the left wing to have a go at the 4th official...?

Was that just after he'd been taken out by a Wet Spam player and the only people to see it was the entire East stand? The ref wasn't having any of it, and both Marco and Kamil complained to Mr Swarbrick with no effect.

Had a feeling we would win today and so it proved. Cracking equaliser,if Robbo could defend for 90 mins we would get whole haggis for him instead of half. Sunderland look goners to me now, but it's been coming for a few seasons. Love night games at the KC,Wednesday night could be tasty..bring it on.

They were one of the worst teams for us away as well even though we lost

Well we won't play 3-4-3 from the start on Weds.

As soon as we switched to 4 at the back in the second half we looked more threatening.

We missed Hudd's first touch and passing today.

Us or the Swans I reckon for that 3rd relegation spot.

Another very decent performance by the ball boys today, especially N stand ones 'assisting' Jack Coopervitch.
