Ed walker is a trainer to follow this year. He had a disappointing season last year what with moving yards in the middle of the season from HQ to lambourn. His best horse stormy antartic cost me a few quid last year but after the upheaval should have settled over the winter and captain colby is a tough little horse who is ultra consistent. So that my double, and bravery to the mix in the Lincoln there's your patent.
    Good luck
    Cheers.

So as far as the jockey championship goes, today is irrelevant. As Matt Chapman said, and I quote: "Only a numpty could make that decision" <doh>

I don't know if you saw the racing on itv, Jason weaver tipped four winners. One being bravery, he should be on every week. Better than those, if you twisted my arm I'd have a couple of quid on a 1/4 shot ew merchants.

This horse actually looked rather barrel like, especially her hind quarters. After watching her today I'm amazed she won a bumper over 16 furlongs. She very slow and definitely a 3 miler + if she's to make a race horse. Maybe there's a problem we don't know of either.

The winner was one I possibly would have backed if I was to punt on it. Take the fave out and she was the solid looking animal. She did it well today winning by 20 lengths.

Edit: mistook Redhotfilly winning a P2P for a bumper.

When you have it...it's your money. Now get looking at tomorrow's bumper in England. No one said you can take a break <laugh>

Crackerdancer may well be retired from racing after Punchestown. Her owner Patsy O'Brien wants her as a broodmare so unlikely to be back for timber in the Winter. She also damaged a knee when young and she is soft ground dependant due to that, and clearly appreciates it.

I'd say a few nice foals could come of her and definitely worth following on the deeper ground. Stick her in the notepad just in case she stays around and also for down the line, her offspring may reward your patience <ok>
