You'll miss my marketing skills though Actually to further shorten my suggested brand name I could add loads and loads of extra profanities!!!
Civic events, C0C events, anything. Make it a City against stupidity and ignorance campaign. Turn it away from just football and make them a pariah of the City of Hull.
Excellently put Dennis, pretty much my feelings. I cancelled mid season, then felt lost for my Saturday afternoon live football (Even though it feels like death by a thousand paper cuts at times) so re- joined. My lad has been a couple of times on corporate tickets, but I'm not taking him until they reintroduce concessions. Cockwombles they are.
its not all about you! What about me! No I do want to carry on(I think), but want to make a point and if I can stop money going into his pocket, all the better.
Going to have a long hard think this summer about what's going on at City. Trouble is,match days became a way of life over the years for many even during the really dark days and whilst I understand the plight of those currently effected, I would wager many including myself would find it difficult if not impossible to give up watching City for any length of time.
I believe the club relies more on gate receipts in the championship doesn't it. What a complete and utter **** up he is making of his play thing. Darlington here we come.
I will never understand how these unadulterated clowns can be responsible for owning and what's more running a successful industrial company.
It's an April Fools joke.. It has to be. A club who have ambitions to remain in the top league in Europe closing part of the ground to fans. Its akin to spaghetti growing on trees. But the joke is wearing thin...These Muppets running our club have to be real life April fool merchants.
I've just been looking at our attendance stats and there's a lot of exaggeration on here about how many we were getting in the 2000's. Average attendance dropped from a peak at 2006 of 19801 to 18000 in 2008. That was with concessions. The Allams are a large part responsible but the hull public get bored and stop coming, always have done
Someone needs to check my calculations here! I think if you're in a zone 3 seat which is going to be a zone 1 seat (N3&4) then if you cancel your membership you'll stop paying at end of May so would get end of June and end July free (2x current monthly fee = £69) but then if you rejoined at start of August you'd be charged 3 months charge (3x new monthly fee = £63) Am I missing something or is it actually £6 cheaper to cancel and then rejoin if you're in those blocks?! *and yes I realise you won't be guaranteed your seats. It just seems odd...and I can't imagine a shortage of seats anyway!
Embarrassing really when other clubs, particularly football league clubs, are coming up with proactive initiatives to engage and draw in fans young and old. As a Premier League club we look amateurish and Ehab again seems to have his fingers in his ears and refusing to see the wood from the trees. Again, what should be some of the best times in our history are been messed up by that moronic ****wit. Oh, and that Dave Fergus bloke on Twitter can go **** himself.
Our average attendance in the Premier League is over 24,000 (limited by being sold out at many games), this season we won't even manage 20,000 and it's down to the owners.
