MITCHELL Dijks is set to be included in the Norwich City Under-23s squad which takes on Sunderland in the Premier League International Cup semi-final on Friday night at Carrow Road (7pm).

The Dutch left-back is currently unavailable for first team selection as he serves a suspension following his red card against Blackburn but is eligible to feature in Development Squad fixtures.

Winger Matt Jarvis and youngster Ben Godfrey will also form part of the matchday squad, with the winners of the contest set to host Porto in the competition's final.

Tickets for the game are once again FREE to all supporters and Academy Manager Richard Money has called on City's fans to back the team in numbers for what could prove to be a historic night for the club.

Asoro seems like he's knocking the goals in doesn't he. Might be ready for first team action next season.

Yeah - he's a good player, he did play a few first team games early on in the season. I think he will do well next season. Maja is pretty good too.

This'll be the biggest trophy for the club in a long time if we win it.

I reckon we will, those lads are winners. They should give lectures to the first team.

If we go down to the Championship they could be the backbone of the new squad. They may not all be Prem ready, but they'd probably be OK a division lower. An exciting thought about SAFC...? That can't be right!
