    Any of you got them yet?
    Had mine fitted today by a British Gas engineer.
    Both gas & electricity.
    You get this wee wi-fi monitor tells you exactly what you're using at that moment & how much you've spent on energy that day.
    It's surprising what appliances use a lot of power.
    Kettle, microwave, iron all use a lot.
    Wonder what the tumble dryer will show.
    So far today I've used 23p of energy.
    Just off for a shower so I'll see how much that costs.

    Works for some. Depends on a lot of things but if it suits you you'll be quids in.

    It's saying the shower cost 4p but that's a bit false as the oven was on too, both of which as gas.

    They only highlight the exceptions though Comm. The other 99% are usually fine.
