I drive past this every day going to work and it has really taken shape quickly, you can see progress each day. Maybe it's just me but it looks really narrow and deep. On the fly-through video on HDM last week it looked like that as well. Not sure if this is a normal design for arenas or not?

The police objected to the application to have 10 tables and 40 chairs outside Head Of Steam in Trinity Square, the Council were actually keen for it to go ahead, though I think that one was mainly down to the tables and chairs blocking the historic archway into Prince Street (the application for a Cafe Pavement License was supposed to be reviewed by the Council last year, but I can't find any details on any outcome).

Also a roof terrace opening shortly in Humber Street and another opening at the new hotel on Ferensway.
