Anyone seen the clip of Yank journo talking to Swinstiger (gave up spelling so went phonetically) at his press conference for new team?

Who says Yanks don't know anything about football <laugh>

    Nobody believes that kiddo.

Bad move by hughes buying this guy. It will be a factor in his sacking.... though probably not the biggest one.

Vint appointed him, so no surprise. Vint was a Martinez lead appointment and his lack of football experience was causing issues behind the scenes.

Don't know why we was suddenly shunted though.

I think you'll find them signing up for a potential liability of £300m+ is indeed a hurdle

Anyway, onwards and upwards, will your auld fella be ringing Roger Phillips again today? <laugh>

They've made sure they aren't liable with their contract saying they get their hand on your gate money, transfer fees and sponsorship first to ensure they get paid <ok>

They're also forcing you to save up to cover the costs of relegation <laugh>

All new stadiums and stadium extensions have multi faceted financing behind them, some teams even have very dubious Russian money involved, but whilst the FA are happy for anyone to own a team and raise money how they see fit it will continue.

Problem with this bull fit and proper test the fa do, if things go tits up the fa are not liable for **** all.

Portsmouth and Leeds are examples of this, also they still haven't been accountable for using Hillsborough without a valid safety certificate.

It's the fa that needs the fit and proper test done :emoticon-0172-mooni:emoticon-0173-middl
