A bit like stumbling for a few yards after you've tripped up.

    This is how I walk.

I've got to start doing them really. There's an assisted pull up/dip thing like you pictured earlier where I go so it's not like I would collapse in a heap after one.

    I hope.

Pissing down here, very unlikely to go for that run now!! #anyexcuse

I wanted to start indoor climbing, I think I'd like it as I wouldn't get wet/cold... plus, if I fell off, I'd just hit the crash mat.

Supposedly brilliant for upper body and grip strength, but like you say, for whatever reason I always find an excuse not to go.

You still use a rope, as falling 50feet still hurts :)
Its good fun but I have not done it in years, on a good day could climb an E3

A rope wouldn't be necessary for me, as I'm scared of heights, so wouldn't go very high.

I'd probably freeze at anything over 20ft.

You still don't want to be falling off of anything from 20ft, even if you have crash mats below.

I work and play tons of sports hard , that pretty well takes care of me . I have a speed bag and a heavy bag at home I pound around every day . I'm pretty good with the speed bag . My biggest worry is eating and sleeping . I eat anything and sleep anywhere , from under a tree to back seats of cars at times , which can't be good . But I still feel good .

I've played a hundred seasons of various sports in my sporting career .. from Baseball to football to hockey to ball hockey to Broomball ( 24 seasons of full contact which is the one I've injured myself the most in . ) At almost 65 , I've fallen off to only ball hockey and Baseball these days , where I still make a diving catch here and there and run into the odd fence .
