    incredible that someone was pulled out of the Thames still alive 2 hours after the incident. We can never a plan for this only react to it. RIP to the 3 who lost their lives.

    The attacker, who drove a four-by-four Hyundai vehicle across Westminster Bridge, killing at least two people, before stabbing a police officer to death outside the Houses of Parliament earlier today, has been named by top journalists as Abu Izzadeen.

    Abu Izzadeen, whose birth name was Trevor Brooks, was reportedly shot by police after the attack and later died of his injuries. He is a well known high-profile British Islamic extremist.

    Heaven knows how they will ever stop these things. No doubt someone will say don't worry, you are more likely to be killed by a drunk driver or a building collapsing on you but that is scant consolation to anyone.
