I noticed that Leeds was unaffected, perhaps other cities like York too. There must be something the police are doing there which works and I expect you have more of a community spirit than here. Why else do you think Leeds remained mainly peaceful?

 

Because it's the most affluent and economically succesful city outside of London probably.
