Superior numbers beat us again.

 

Oh well. We played well and might have got something had the correct decisions been made in the first half. On to the next game.

Hope Gabbiadini is ok.

 

Good second half. Glad we put up a good fight.

 

All over. Spurs gets 3pts and levy hands marriner a brown envelope.

 

2-1 against an excellent team away, who are second in the table. Thought we gave a very good account of ourselves, so not sure why people are here are getting upset. We're a good team.

His distribution has been very good too, looks like they've been doing some work on playing it out from the back.

 

Now it's all about how serious the injury is. Straight after the international break we have three very big games in a week, where a fit Gabby could fire us to nine points.

 

Pretty decent against a top side. We just didn't get the rub today. Every ball seemed to drop to one of theirs, and every tackle they made clipped a tiny bit of a Saints foot to give them a goal kick.

Shame Boufal is trying too hard to impress on his own at the moment, but great to see Forster have a good game!

 

More bothered by losing gabiadini than I am losing the match. Hope it's not serious.

 

Is Gab in the Italy squad (presuming they're playing)?

 

Well first half considered, we made them work for that. Draw would of been reasonable.

There was a fear we were gong to get annihilated, so good response.

 

We played well. Made silly mistakes and were fighting against 15 men. But you know we are just bitter, it's never the refs.....

I thought he was ****ing useless. No good making all those brilliant saves and then let a pea roller go by you

 

Gabi was on the bench for the whole of the second half. Maybe clutching at straws but is that a good sign? Surely if it was bad he'd be getting all the help he could get in the dressing room?

 

Don't disagree with any of these. Long needs to train on his timing.
