I think he will become a great asset to them for years to come, he has undoubted ability but not that of a premier league player at this moment in time.
Interesting conversation when SB3 is on your ignore list. Assume he's being charming and complimentary. AOC will be a good player for Arsenal, but may lose confidence if played too early because he's needed. To be fair though, we didn't rest him much either but at least he got the fun of scoring.

They've given him the no.15 shirt, which suggests he might play quite a significant role. Not that it's much of our concern now. Kid or not, they've paid a lot of money and want to make sure they get it right this time.
No signifigance of a squad number - he's under 21/English; so he is not considered one of the maximum squad quota.

True History - they need their 'senior' players to step up an not sure Theo could do that - at least not from the wrong position like on the right wing!
He's young and English , so if Wenger does bother to play him at all it will be in the wrong position .....
