I refer you to the above picture of said President drinking coke and eating McDonald's.
He's posed for similar adver... er, I mean photos for KFC.
Michelle Obama got stick for saying that kids should drink more water.
The promotion of healthy diets would be shot down by fast food companies.

  3. Hilarious! Always enjoy looking through these Twatter feeds to read some of the inanity - like Arse TV, gives a glimpse on how human life has evolved - or not, as the case might be!!!! <laugh>

There needs to be new words for the depths to which the Trumpists are plummeting. The standard dictionary is not sufficient to describe the nonsense that they are spouting.

I think he may be trying to portray it to the redneck inbreds who voted for him as a 'it's me and you against the establishment' type of thing. Most are thick enough to believe it and fall for his bullshit anyway.

It's just typical Trump rabble rousing.

It will be quite amusing when Trump figures out it was the Russians wire tapping him all along.

He is being monitored and his calls are being listened to, but it's because he's in contact with dodgy people.
There's a FISA warrant on Trump Tower residents who have communications with the Russians.

Obama didn't order it though, as he couldn't.
The intelligence community had to get one in the normal fashion.
Present evidence to a judge and hope he agrees it's enough.

This stuff's all in that Steele dosier.
A disturbing amount of it seems to be true.
The reaction to the latest Gang of Eight briefings was very troubling.

Imo, there's a connection between Putin's Russia and Wikileaks. I'm damn sure they supplied Assange with the stuff that's been leaked. And all these latest leaks about CIA activities are aimed at undermining them, and worsening their relationship with Trump's administration.

Why is Trump so intent on undermining and discrediting his own security services? Seems pretty clear that they have damning information about him, and he desperately wants to discredit them - at least in the eyes of his supporters

Assange said that they had a load of information on Russia in 2010, then released nothing.
He started working for Russia Today instead, slammed the Panama Papers leak as an American plot and refused to release what he had on Trump.
He did a complete flip about seven years ago, having previously been heavily critical of Putin.
    Utterly transparent.

Working for Russia's not illegal. If there is anything incriminating on him, then it won't come out now, anyway.
He's hiding in the Ecuadorian embassy until the statute of limitations on his rape accusation runs out.
A few more years and he might leave. It'll be interesting to see what kind of greeting he gets.

Assange will burst into flames as the first rays of a sunny day hit his pasty skin.
He should have just agreed to be transferred to Ecuador in the "diplomatic bag" .

  19. And in other news.....

That most beloved of politicians, George Osbourne has taken the job of Managing Editor at the Standard!!!
Notwithstanding his complete lack of journalistic training or experience, he feels able to hold down that full time operational role in London (apparently 5am to 1pm) alongside his MP role in the north west and his 4 days a month ommitment to BlackRock for which he will pick up £650k pa. Nothing wrong with that obviously!

If there are any nasty radioactive chemicals floating around........ <laugh>

I don't see any issue with this appointment, after all he is just as qualified for his job at the Standard as he was to be Chancellor...
