Well I certainly can't blame you for the last part. it just looks dodgy but then would a bandit be that open when CC had made it clear that Valley was shot by a bandit leader? Likewise it was your post that led people onto Tol3 - but again, others followed so could have been a stitch up. My vote is currently on you but I'm trying to figure out if you're dodgy or the typical good guy being framed.

if, and a big IF, we believe Obi's comment "Tol (known Town) said I am Town (which he in fact did state that). I have said Trev (Mitro's) is Town. Others should know this is correct."

Tol asked to spend the night with Emmit and Marty so would know their identity therefore Obi is either Emmit or Marty. Hence if he knows Mitro is a Townie, Mitro is either Doc or the drunk Emmit served night one who was later locked up by the Deputy. thoughts?
