I want to go through the sequence of events again though. I recall MITO jumping on saying Bobby's theory was interesting (but he was a lone player and it's easy to 'appear' to blend in as the serial killer role), then others voted for Tol. It could be those who followed that are more guilty of jumping on an opportunity.

Captain, would you announce if there had been a recruitment? Tol (known Town) said I am Town. I have said Trev (Mitro's) is Town. Others should know this is correct. Unless there has been a recruitment, some should at least trust the 2 of us. But they need to be VERY careful not to reveal their roles.
Well, presumably the bad guys are happy to jump on a suggestion so that an innocent person would go straight in there but have someone to scape goat i.e. me. The others are because it would be stupid for all the bad guys to all vote the same guys hence me listing a few others. Astro is being super quiet and sneaky and coasting through the game. Tobes is very much the same hence my two prime suspects

if true, Tol being Mary spent the night with you so you are Emmit, You got Mitro drunk, who was locked up by the Deputy with no recrimination hence being a Town member (I think, will have to scroll back) - a theory anyway isn't Penfold Mitro? if so he is down twice on the players list on page 1
