    Gray got down channel once when he was offside. Next time Klavan stood him up and won the ball only for Milner to run it out for a corner.

    The goal came from Cout pressing and leaving huge gap behind him for RB to walk into and had 30 yards of space and 5 minutes to pick his pass which Klavan couldn't do anything about (it was Matip/clynes man that scored)

    I think had Klavan positioned himself better he could've stopped the cross for the goal.

    It also resulted in our best season in years until Rodgers decided to try and batter Chelsea rather than playing it safe and doing what was needed.

    Possinly but he was marking Gray so had to cover him and the huge space. There should have been a midfielder stopping the RB being able to cross from that position

    It's literally got to the point now where I look at games vs Arsenal and think "that's an easy 3 points" and I look at games like this and think "we'll be lucky to win this"

    Clearly a mentality issue

    Yup...I'm actually wrong...it started with banana skins through arrogance at the start but now I think these players do the same as us now..

    More plausible than suggesting it was down to Rodgers's amazing tactics which got us that far...

    Prior to the last what, 4/5 games, that season was brilliant mentally from the players. We hounded and pressed and dominated games against weaker or stronger teams.

    This season, we get crushed by any team inferior on paper than us, regardless of form.

    So yes, I would say in all probability the sports psych was a good thing for us that season and helped massively until Rodgers went all gung-ho with arrogance thinking he could trash Chelsea for no reason and yes, we need one now.
