Oh indeed, 40 hardly goes anywhere at all. Initially it sounds like quite a few bets, but obviously once you get into all the different (realistic) combinations, then 40 quickly becomes nothing at all. It's a mixture of both I'd say. I do try with this many of Utd, this many on City etc. The lower down the leagues I go though, the more the lucky dip takes over! Odds were really poor this season though, largely due to Newcastle being so nailed to win the Championship with the bookies. Usually you're looking at something between 10,000/1 to 100,000/1. This season it was more like 1,000/1 to 20,000/1. I think I had 10 of my 40 on Chelsea.
Did I just hear that Veggard Forren has signed for Brighton? Edit: I did https://www.google.co.uk/amp/www.da...ejects-playing-Nicklas-Bendtner-Brighton.html
Did I hear a rumour that Norwich have sacked their manager? . You'd think someone would be on top of this sort of news
I'm sure some here would love a day out at the Cottage next season. Beautful views across the Thames, nice pub lunches to enjoy pre or post the game. I think if I was a travelling Saints fan, that would be one of my top choices. And at the moment there is every possibility with the way Fulham are playing.
I wouldn't mind seeing them back. One of my favorite games since our return to the prem was that 2-0 in the season they went down. The biggest thrashing 2-0 I have ever seen.
I hope Fulham have put a big fee on their fullback, Ryan Sessegnon. Unbelievable that he is only 16 yet has scored half a dozen goals from that position this season. I would expect City to put in a massive bid to replace the aging Clichy.
