  8. If Spurs do not finish second, Pixie will be down on you like a ton of bricks, mate. He's a stickler for predictions on this forum. If you make a prediction, you have to get it exactly right, otherwise he will name-and-shame you and hold you up to ridicule.

I'm trying to get him to act more like an adult, but I'm not having much success.

Not sure how to answer this ... is this the old or new" HAIGSTER "

  10. Definitely the new HIAG, Roofie.

The old HIAG was interested only in winding up as many people as possible, and he was a destructive force. The new HIAG is all about trying to help people by speaking plainly and truthfully. If I do that with a rakish twinkle in my eye, that's only a good thing, because there is no reason why we cannot all smile, even in the face of someone else's misfortune.

The bottom line is, I am not interested in wummery.

If last season is repeated, not really an issue bar meagre bragging rights.
Being the last team who could mathematically catch the eventual PL champions +
automatic CL group stages is better than hoping for 4th at best.

Nah mate, Title is still Chelsea's for the taking. We're doing our best though to cement 2nd place.

Grinding out that result against City I think seals it for you, despite the media trying to hype up a so called title race. Conte seems like a class act, despite the fact he looks like he just walked off the set of a Tinto Brass movie. <laugh>

    No.
Chelsky effectively have the same form as Spurs over the past 10 games.
