Did you take it home and eat it afterwards? Or am I thinking about the wrong country?

Yep in Vietnam it's quite commonplace, they used to eat dog up north here in Chaing Rai but it's now against the law in Thailand.

Having a banana and raspberry smoothie for breakfast ruing the 5lbs I put on having a beery double header in the week.

Will be having a healthy weekend, quick couple of hours in the garden before 18 holes then back for the egg chasing.

Football training tomorrow then more gardening.

Going astro turf the back garden as it is now ****ed by the kids playing football. The artificial grass alone is a ****ing grand!!

Looks better than a Russian football pitch <laugh>

Fair enough Chief. Just thought the weather will turn soon enough as it gets warmer. Why didn't you go for grass seeds or some normal replacement turf?

    Done that.

It's now beyond repair, buying those goals was not a good idea!

Smoothies are not that healthy Chief...when you blend it you change the nature of the fruit which changes the sugar type as it goes from solid to liquid. The 'good' sugar becomes 'bad' sugar.

    Not too much fruit.

One small banana and about ten raspberries.

It's then a cup of oats and unsweetened almond milk. It's ok!
