A bit of history re-writing here.

He couldn't wait to go and play for Barcelona or Madrid. He didn't need any encouragement. Yes he nearly ( but not quite !) helped us to win the title. The biting, the diving, the play acting and his dragging the club into the gutter despite making promises to our management were too costly for the reputation of our club.

Messi showed that amazing top talent does not have to come with nastiness.

 

Probably a mass murderer stalking all of you before he comes round and picks you off one by one.

No he couldn't to be fair but the media had it in for him ie kissing the hand that he did every goal celebration that got blown completely out of hand.

He is a win at all costs type player just like Mourinho is that type of manager, but they don't go on about his eye gouging or him being a sexist twat. Probably help who he now manages no doubt

I loitered around for around a year before i started contributing. Seems a bit nerdy and sad to be chatting to people online about **** when i could do that in real life. Got too bored at work though so now i've joined and got this online persona.

It's a good way of chatting to people that live miles from where you are and never likely to meet up to discuss about things we all love ie the beautiful game.

Hard to find any Chelsea fans to talk football with in real life though isn't it? They're all too busy dragging their knuckles on the floor and hitting each other with clubs

 

I went to Stamford Bridge back in the 70's & even by the standards of those days the ground was a crumbling ****hole populated by creatures that made scum look good.
strangely i've never had much desire to repeat the visit.

 

Used to play in the same league as Bournemouth. 2 teams helped by money, one not.

Just shows sadly, though wrong, money can buy you things.

What's ruined the beautiful game in my opinion, esp tv money, and the silly no contact rule that arsenal have helped install, why I understood mitos comment on not wanting any of them.

Everton and others were head and shoulders above these 2 teams before money ruined it.

 

I've sat with the home fans there a couple of times in recent years and these days they're a mixture of the old school 'come on the Chels' 'kaaannnnnts' angry knobheads and the Johnny and Poppy come latelys posh set.

 

don't get to games these days for various reasons and whilst i know things have changed markedly i found the whole experience repellant i think i may even now think "i'll give that a miss thanks"

Joking aside, I think I must be barking to spend the amount of time, dosh and effort I do on going the match, but it's an addiction I can't kick
