When the Stretford End was knocked down I retrieved some. A row is four seats.

It's only the frames now, the original wood was replaced years back. That's all they were, wooden slats in iron frames.

If you mean when United put them in it was when they put a roof on the Stretford end. I think.

    Debatable.

Although clearly he didn't make the opposition bottle them!

Indeed it was absolutely **** at times mate. This is why I laugh at the "plastics" tag we get lumbered with.

Depends on how you look at it.
It was clearly Man Utd policy to intimidate refs and waste time when they were awarded back then.

Disgraceful stuff, though clearly not as bad as the choice of music. What the **** was that bloke thinking? <doh>

Can you find another example as that's the one that is always used?

Could be worse, some refs are so biased that they celebrate goals!

Can I find another example of a ref being intimidated after giving a penalty at Old Trafford?
There aren't many to chose from! <laugh> That's Juninho's miss, by the way, if you didn't know.

It's quite funny that your video actually undermines itself.
Dean's playing an advantage and it works out.
He then goes on to play one that doesn't in the third clip and shows his annoyance.

The "never get a penalty at United" sob story has been proven to be bollox. It's a lazy way for fans to excuse their teams for rolling over at OT. That happened a hell of a lot more than Fergie influencing officials. You could see that so many teams were beaten before the game had even started.

Similarly, another sob story was that United got soft penalties at OT. The fact that we spent the majority of the match in the opposition box was overlooked!

The Dean clip was a joke...

That was the ref's fault. A couple of red cards would have soon sorted that out.

Mike's not amused. He's seriously considering not renewing his Spurs membership.

And he'd have spent the rest of his career in the conference.

There's been a few but the one that really ****ing stung was when we were 2-0 up and giving it the biggun at Trent Bridge.

Ref gives the dogiest penalty you've ever seen. Kasper tries to get in the Forest player's head, as he's walking back to goal the ref shows him the yellow behind his back.

Pen goes in, Kasper throws the ball back to the centre circle. 2nd yellow and a red. what.

So then we're under the cosh with the most out of form keeper in the world in goal and down to 10. Forest get the equaliser with the last kick of the game.

Yea, that was horrible. giving it large 3-0 up at half time, then Utd bent us over in the second half, and didn't bother with the lube. :(

The Sheffield United game was 6-0 and not 6-1, as well! <laugh>
