Tbf there is a case to be made
There are clearly three obvious games
Last nights, Istanbul and the Utd game
Last nights whilst an amazing comeback was always on the cards because its Barca at home but still could be argued as the best
The utd game was probably the most dramatic due to its timing
Whilst ours the most amazing due to the teams involved and the improbability of the turnaround.

There will be others aswell, lost in time. When it happens in finals it carries more significance I think.
The sports media love to live in the 'now'............greatest goal, greatest game, greatest this, greatest that etc.

One of the footy journo's on the BBC had a real pop at Suarez this morning (surprise surprise) for the second penalty.
I didn't think it was a pen. but I can see how the ref thought it was. There was all sorts of shenanigans going on in that game,
    from both sides

He got booked minutes before for another dive trying to win a penalty if the ref sees that right he gets sent off and PSG go through.

Maybe, but like I say, there was all sorts going on there. I was shouting at Neymar again and again for falling to the ground needlessly.

    The modern game eh <doh>

The press's exaggeration knows no bounds. Because Mourinho has said he is now taking the Europa seriously, the mancs have apparently little chance in the premiership as they are adrift of 4th place by 3 points.

Can they even read the table?

It's not like they were any good at negative football. Chelsea did it successfully in 2012 and with a lot of luck with the missed pen and balls hitting their post etc. but with 10 men too. PSG didn't shore up at all it seemed. I know it's Barca at the Nou Camp, but to defend a 4-0 lead you have to do better than that.

Dodgy penalty or not (Tobes), it was a ****ing stunning game of football. I watched the first half at the Grange and didn't want to go home and miss it, but then the unit flicked to a freeview channel and there it was <laugh> ****ing brilliant.

I thought the 1st leg was much better. Paris were all over them and could have put 10 past Barcelona. Last night was more about 2 ridiculous penalties, a lucky own goal and poor defending.

Ironically that one was more of a pen than the one he got. The first he got a push in the back (although fell dramatically). 2nd one was nothing

Seen the stat that from the 86th minute PSG only completed 4 passes and three were from kick off? Disgraceful really.

You watched a team self destruct.

Sorry to split hairs, but TWO ridiculous pens? The first one definitely was, even if the decision got there in a somewhat contrived manner. I agree with what you say re the second, and I said that at the time. Did you see Luis even grab his throat as if he'd been garroted? <doh>

Yeah the 2nd pen there was some contact but deffo dive by Suarez.

That first pen was bang on. It wasn't like Neymar ran into the guy on the floor ala birdshit young and that villa dive, he tried to go the long way round and the PSG player still goes into him and i HATE Neymar the diving cheating c*nt
