The thing I don't like the most is overtime on the 2nd leg which when happens , gives unfair advantage

 

We call it extra-time in Europe so please get the terminology right you wannabe yank

Not sure how extra-time hands any team an advantage though ?

 

The " Extra Time " is played at one venue with screaming home fans

 

I'd say that's a negligible advantage compared to the away goal advantage to be honest. The fairest way to do it is to play ET and then if needed Pens.

Take this game for example, Barca needed 1 goal to equalise, PSG score and suddenly Barca need 3 !

30 minutes more in front of your own fans is hardly a small advantage IMO .

 

More time for an away goal though, IIRC. A score draw would see the home side go out.

 

Hey , At times I call it defence and offence also , and field instead of pitch but I love a lot of sports , I'm a fanatical Sports fan but club " Soccer " in Great Britain is what I love most .
