Moving on from Hatties mentioning of hot tubs, has anyone got one or been in one? Personally I'm not keen on bathing in human minestrone. Any stories or even lies would be appreciated.
Hot Tubs are very popular in Alberta, especially in the winter, been to a few adult only Hut Tub parties in the last few years
Yes and the kids use it more than me and the missus. Best bit about it was for a while my niece's best mate, who happened to compete in Miss Universe, was a regular visitor to its warm waters. I used to find any old excuse to be out in the back garden. Dirty old man guilty as charged. Ours self-cleans so the water is kept in good condition.
I see hot tub showrooms here and there and I always wonder 'how the **** is that staying open?' Seriously, who buys them and how many do they sell a month?
When you say self cleans how does it do this? I like the idea and been in a few but just the hygiene factor I struggle with
You have to skim them off like when you're boiling a ham prior to honey-roasting. Think they're very popular with middle-aged overweights and pervs. It's a certain type of person who boasts of having a hot tub.
Yeah, I thought precisely that as I drove past it on Sunday and every time I see the one in Hunslet. Hunslet ffs.
Before you decide to invest big money, buy a LazySpa. Use it for a few months and you will soon know if you want to spend big money. They sell over 60 a month.
Excellent facilities, we have used them at holiday lodges that we we have rented, my son and family when on skiing holiday's. Really nice to relax in at the end of a busy or cold day.
The original sale will be a nice little earner but I reckon it's the after sale stuff like maintenance, repairs, etc where they make good money.
I was invited by the in-laws for a short break at Griffon forest. As soon as they told me there were hot tubs I wasn't going anywhere near the ****.
