Llorente is a quality header of the ball, think he might be one of the best target men ever. If you want to play long ball or cross ball football I'd want Llorente in the team.

How many games are left, can they ban Ibra for the rest of the season? :bandit: Clear act of revenge.

Mings, hard to tell if its deliberate or not. A ban, whats the standard, 3 games?

As i have mentioned else where i think i would have been pissed if someone had stamped on my head - he didnt know whether it was deliberate or not just as we probably never will.
Zlatan was the one who threw the first punch by throwing Mings to the ground. It just esculated from there.
Personally i think a straight retrospective red is fair to both, the indvidual who should be banned for the rest of he season should be the ref - as he was the one who lost control. A yellow to Zlatan on the first major foul (the throw) and this probably doesnt esculate like this.
Incidentally use of video technology would have cleared all the major talking points in a matter of seconds, Mings stamp was still a stamp deliberate or not and so should have been a red, next time a player is on the ground you would hope that he thinks twice before trying to run over them.(ftr i feel it was deliberate because literally a millisecond before Zlatan just catches him with an attempted stamp )
The first yellow to the bournemouth captain was ridiculous aswell. The second yellow was correct.

    Why?

Both were wrong but retaliation is just as wrong as what mings done. Refs job to control horror tackles not the players themselves.

All you have done there is saying retaliation is not as bad as original offence.

Open up a can of worms with that stupidity.

    why?

cos i think the FA will say that stamping needs to be stamped out but manc elbows are fine.

just predicting what i think the fa will do not what I might think should happen

    Fair comment.

Thought you was being silly for a mo lol but felliani and rooney have gotten away with many an elbow.

Mings was wrong and disgusting challenge (meant or not meant never really know will we) but retaliation is as bad.

Both should get a 3 game ban, but never know with fa where utd are concerned.

Think you will be right but should be 3 & 3
Would not be surprised if red states he saw and dealt with it (Zlatans)

All the commentators I heard said that Mings' stamp was deliberate, but at the risk of being called biased, I'm not so sure. He looked at first to see where the players who had gone to ground in front of him were, but then seemed to be watching the action as he tried to clear them. It's still a red, imo, because it was reckless and could cause serious harm. I like Zlatan, but a definite red for the elbow, clearly deliberate.
As mentioned above, the bogbrush mysteriously gets away with it all the time, so who knows what punishment will be handed out?
Safe to say though, the officials had an absolute ****ing 'mare in that game.
