Good morning pop pickers, Sid has decided to enrich himself, her indoors reckons l should self mprove .Blimey she wont let it rest . Life isn't all beer and skittles. Here in sunny Suffolk we have a lottery assisted arts theatre. " The Bernard Mathew s " and surprisingly lve taken up mime . It was either that or Brian Eno yoga . That Frenchie geezer Marcel Marceau always pulled the crumpet even that he only was a dwarf. I've always enjoyed Jacques Tati films , the little lady loves Sacha Distal and we both like bit of camembert after a night out at the Bingo. The teacher is Bardot lookalike from Troyes , she's got her knockers but we ain't complaining, all the blokes down the Cock and Bull are on board. Kane's on form , so our new " Jimmy Greaves " should stick a few in , same team as last week and we will nick it. New beer update , got 10 cases at knockdown of St Peters Golden Ale brewed 4 miles away in an old ex monastery. More of an IPA fan like Adams of Southwold but still rather tasty . I will leave 4 in the holiday homes welcome pack which is 90% local . Our own apple juice , bread , shortbread, Biscuits , Suffolk rusks all made by the local W.I. The little lady adds her homemade chutney, marmalade, jam etc. Only Proseco further than our 10 mile radius but the ladies love a little fizz especially I when that cork pops out . Keeps everyone happy . Suffolks no 1 host Sid
Wanyama vs Scheniderlin, battle of the former Saints, should be interesting. Hopefully Toby, Jan and Harry will pass the late fitness tests. Going to be a tough game either way but with them three in the side we're incredible much stronger. and I'd fancy us, we owe them after a good few draws in recent matches. Same team as Stoke (hopefully!). COYS!
We don't tend to get much from the Lane so I can't say I'm confident today. That said we're in good form and confidence in the side is currently high, so it should make for a decent contest
PhysioRoom has moved Rose's return date from March 11th to April 1st Absolutely gutted if true. We have been desperately unlucky with injuries this season.
Not really. IMHO last season was more fortunate on the injury front. However, it has not derailed or been the cause of failure in the various campaigns this season, so I am happy with that (leave the injury excuses for the supporters of other teams) . For example, the PL GA has been better like for like with last season, but the back four injury count has been worse.
*Adnams I really like that stuff too. Will check out the golden ale but they're charging £15 for 8 bottles and £23 for 12, where the hell's my extra 50p going if I get 12?!
Sorry my old China , I text when l'm on my tractor . Not being a bad looking bloke especially can still turn a head when suited and booted , even that the standard dropped from my heyday as a agriculture lothario ,outdoor work keeps you fit, a reddish glow and ready for action. I need reading glasses but always leave them in the kharzi. Basically l can't see half the time . I can get my Adnams pretty cheap, Their wine buyer lives very near and his house nearly burnt down last year . I offered one of our holiday cottages till the insurance found him something permanent. His 16 c farmhouse has been pratically been rebuilt and drops me in a occasional case of IPA or the Rye pale ale. I love a glass with Blythburgh belly pork, nearly as good as seeing us knock in a couple today . Lucky Y fronts on, A splash of Brut A happy Sid
He was on sky soccer am yesterday and didn't take part in taking a volley so I figured he must be away off returning...huge miss for us
Everton are looking a good team and a serious force under Koeman. Can see them turning us over especially considering that Alderweireld, Vertongen and kane all need late fitness tests
I thought it was only in America where you pay more per ounce for the economy size. "Nobody every went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public." Do you have low fat half and half as well? That's my favorite American product. There's a technical term for low fat half and half. It's called milk. It costs twice as much because they have to add all the extra fat to make it half and half, then take it back out again to make it low fat. No chance they just take some milk, put it in containers that read "low fat half and half" and charge twice as much.
I'm guessing Lopez; Walker-Peters, Dier, Wimmer, Verthonghen; Dembele, Sissoko; Edwards, Onomah, N'Koudou; Janssen
We're lucky to have the international break coming up as even with the extra 3 weeks out he'll probably only miss the Southampton game. He was initially scheduled to be back in time for Millwall but in all honesty I doubt Poch would've played him in that fixture anyway. We'll need him back for our trip to Turf Moor on the 5th as many of the big teams have come undone up there.
