Well, as ALL hope of making the play-offs has now gone, let's hope we see the likes of Ramsay, Efete. Maddison at least in the match day squad for our last 11 games!!!!!
I'd of liked to see Morris get a few Championship games under his belt for us as well. Thompson, Godfrey, Cantwell. Get them in the squad.
Unfortunately, Morris is on loan until the end of the season at Rotherham and Thompson is on long term injury. There are several others who have impressed for the under 23s, who should at least be on the bench for some of the remaining games this season. Look out for the under 23 game against Sunderland in the next few weeks - tickets are FREE for everyone and I'll post details on here once I know the date!!!!!
Yea, that's why I said "I'd of liked to see" Because he's out on loan. Also would have been yet another chance to blood in Toffolo. Djiks isn't going to stay, we need to see if Toffolo could hold down the LB position. AN obviously can't judge on pre-season, because Toffolo impressed the last 2, and still gets sent out. Same with Maddison in the summer. Hard to say who to play next season, as I dunno who will stay. I think we could easily lose Howson, Pritchard, Jacob. Josh is a possibility of being snatched as well.
Sorry FML, I misunderstood what you meant and have to say that I TOTALLY agree re both Morris and Toffolo, as both SHOULD be giving their chance ideally this season. Pretty much agree with who will possibly leave in the summer as well.
Mathews Efete, Godfrey, Klose, Toffolo Jacob, Howson, Thompson, Josh Maddison Morris Would have been nice to try that in the next game.
I'd like to see Ramsay at RB and Efete (he's been immense in the under 23s!!) in place of Klose, as it seems like he didn't have one of his better games yesterday
Well, blow me down, our resident "ITK" guessbot has emerged - with tales of doom and woe. Though I think it's safe to say we all knew anyway about the disloyalty, fragmentation, players committing UDI, and Mr Neil's total inability to respond and react to bad situations. Of which there are many
So he's (Mr A Neil) had the full backing and support of the board - way beyond the means of most of our competitors in this godforsaken (whatever the **** her bleedin' majesty says ) to the approximate tune of:- Wildschut circa £7m Klose, £9.3m Pritchard £8m Naismith £8.5m Aloevera circa £4.9m Canos circa £2.5m tempered by the sales of: Redmond £11.5m Brady £12.8m Olsson £3.9m Canos £2.4m That's £40+m spent, £30+m recouped, to see our season well and truly over with virtually a quarter of the matches still left to play? So, my question is why, why and thrice why are the intransigent and pig-headed board still seemingly content to keep flogging the same dead horse that led us up a blind alley with eleven (11) games still to go?
CJ says AN's hands are tied, he should not be sacked! http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/...ates_a_dose_of_championship_reality_1_4916841
Some excellent comments following the article and there definitely seems to be a feeling that the likes of Martin at least should be dropped. Looking forward to 6.45pm on Tuesday to find out if AN has had the courage to drop at least some of his overpaid under performing oldies!!!!!
I hadn't thought of that and yes he probably would!!! I'd feel MUCH happier with Ramsay and Efete coming in instead.
CJ or any other player will not come out and say that AN has lost the respect of the players or the dressing room, (would u make that public to your boss and still expect a job?) but I think we can all see that's what's happened, the same happened at Chelsea last season and Leicester this. AN should have some respect and walk away
No, sorry, I totally disagree. Why ever should he walk away, he and his staff are doing the best jobs they can, the players, for what ever reason, aren´t doing their jobs properly. In any situation like this, he should wait and force the board to sack him, if that is what they want. If you were in his situation and had a family to support, would you walk away? - I know I wouldn´t, and nor would anyone in their right mind.
