Makes me more pissed off than anything. Get themselves up for a bigger clash and literally looked like they couldn't give a sh!t for the Leicester game.

Brilliant result but don't think anyone thought we wouldn't play well. So frustrating because if we could sort out form against **** teams we really would be in a title challenge. Players and tactics are capable of beating anyone on their day! Still enjoy this one and next week is a great chance to open a gap with many rivals bot playing due to fa cup.

I think we really do need to set up differently against the lesser teams.

Our plan A of gegenpressing against teams who play high up the pitch and like to have the ball is perfect for us.

However, At the moment, we don't have the players to play against teams who either put us under pressure or like to sit deep. We need more ball players in our set up.

Dont know enough about the German league but surely Klopp faced similar issues at Dortmund? Can't imagine teams at bottom in Germany just attacked every week and allowed him to play same way?

Just annoying that these players who looked average mid table Prem players one week can look top 4 and title challenges the next. Makes it hard to work out who we really do need to replace when midfield play like they did.

Didn't "think" it mate..we had a great start to the season..

We both are where we deserve..one of us might just about get 4th.

You SHOULD be happy with a cup..maybe even another ..but of course you aren't happy with those second rate pieces of tin lol..

They had better creative players for breaking bus parkers down

I am, will be, more than happy with one or more "pieces of tin" this season, I just hope we start better next year now Jose has a season behind him. I wish he could have had most of last season to prepare for this one :emoticon-0100-smile

That Dortmund side had a creative midfield - Sahin kagawa gundogan. These are the players who unlock the parked bus because they can dictate tempo, switch play and pass through the lines. And do all of this in tight spaces.

Our best way of creating chances is by nicking the ball of the opposition and attacking the space in behind. In fact, I'd say it's the only way. It's why the teams who beats us are the ones who give us the ball because they know we can't create with it.

Gegenpressing is a style of play. Similar to tika takka - or do you refer to that passing the ball around multiple times? The word 'pundit' is an Indian word but is commonly used in England.

    Are you Xenophobic by chance?

All 3 of which have failed to have an impact in the PL, maybe there is a difference in the standard of teams they played against?

Sahin, the deep lying playmaker who was used as a number 10 by Rodgers and gundogan who has hardly played for City but is apparently a failure?

Not sure how kagawa got on at united - did he get a good run of games? How many seasons was he there for? Ah well, at least he's doing well again - was a good performer in the buli and CL. <ok>

It is the German word for counterpress, it is not a style of anything and was not invented for football.
Klopp is German and therefore uses a German word to describe his system, why not use the English translation on an English board unless you want it to sound special.
