Not true I'm afraid. Most non Celtic fans that I know (including myself) do not like him. In real life he may very well be a nice guy I have no idea. Publically though he comes across as a cretinous, aggressive, petulant little boy and that's why I and others do not like him. Cue the "aye it's because he's a catholic" paranoia from deluded Celtic fans. Some of us in this country could not give a monkeys about what religion anyone is that plays for our club. Or indeed in life. Question - Why did Celtic fans and Rangers fans hate Gordon Strachan so much?
The only reason sellick fans like Lennon is because everybody else "hates" him. If he didn't get all the abuse last season the sellick fans would have been calling for his head on the last day, as opposed to the boak inducing love fest that was on show.
