Grosicki had a near free kick last game but all his shots from open play have really not troubled the keeper at all so far. At least he didn't put his shirt over his head this time after missing, maybe he just does that at home games.
Brilliant. You picked the team that were odds on and every single ****er - ourselves included - thought would go down. Can you give me tonight's lottery numbers please?
No excuses today, best team won and looked street ahead of City for most of the game. We still cannot score enough goals and today we created very little against a rejuvenated Leicester side who remembered how they won the title.
Are we actually any worse off than we predicted? We didn't believe we'd pick up any points when we had the run against the top teams but we managed to get 4. We then pinned our hopes on beating or bogey side burnley and I'm not sure we thought we'd go to Leicester and win. So we've picked up 4 points just not against the sides we thought we would, admitadly after picking up the 4 points against the mancs and scousers it's disappointing not to capatalise on that but it could have been worse. Swanse have picked up which we didn't expect which makes Saturday a huge game
^^This - before the season started we had no real creativity in the final third, or a PL standard striker, ditto a half decent fullback ........ we still don't.
In reality, at best we will take 15 points from our remaining games and, unfortunately, I can't see 36 points being enough to keep us up. I don't mind so much as it means we will win lots of games next season. It goes without saying that I'd love to be proved wrong and we win 6 out of the next 11 and finish the season on 39 points, but that scenario is highly unlikely given that we have won just 5 out of the 27 games we have played thus far. Marco Silva and all the signings he has made have arrived too late to save us, it would seem. Todays result was very disappointing.
who gives a **** on the number of points??????????????????????????????????????????????? we have to be better than 3 other teams 1 win will lift is clear of the bottom 3!
I realise that you are all superficial ****s. but no way are we one of the worst teams out there. wait till May. we have played all the hard teams at the top of the table. now comes the easier midtable games
We've had a massive turnaround, so much so we can now go up to Hull and settle for a point. It's going to be a tense afternoon!
