I really don't understand most of you. I grew up watching Norwich playing in the lowest league (Division 3 South) and more often than not losing, but they were my team and I loved them.

These days with the game wallowing in huge amounts of money, now the majority of "fans" are only happy if we are winning and playing "tippy-tappy" football.

Not me! Norwich are my team of choice and I will ALWAYS support them, no matter what. Most of you suffer from high expectations instead of reallity.

Keep wearing the green and yellow and you are my friend in spite of your expectations! OTBCF

 

I actually feel sorry for Chris Goreham and the Archant reporters who have had to watch the team play so badly week in week out.
I'm giving next week's game a miss, as have other plans, but hope to get to the Barnsley game.
Let's hope the under 23s can show the first team how to play when we face Sunderland!!!!

Fair comment Dave, but I want to see my team at the VERY LEAST COMPETING in every game and NOT giving away sloppy goals. We have now conceded 53 goals this season and I'm certain that fewer than 10 have been down to the oppositions skills (perhaps even as few as 3) and most of the rest down to inept defending plus a few GK errors.

 

We are all fans Dave, but even the most ardent fans, of which we all are, have got to be disappointed in how this season has turned out.

Surely you have got to have a tinge of disappointment Dave ?

So we should expect to put in a performance like today's and accept that we should be losing 5 bloody 1 to Sheffield Wednesday ?

My expectations are that for a club of our size we should be challenging at the top of the Championship at the very least, we have progressed since the days of Division Three South for goodness sake !

 

Our result today, coupled with Brum away and Rotherham and a few others puts your claim in doubt!
Rich, I would LOVE us to win every match and win the Champions League but I don't expect to win any game by just turning up!

Getting back to the discussion when did anyone on here mention that we should win every game and the Champions league ?
Expecting a relegated Premier league team to win more than 1 (one) away game in 6 (six) months is hardly the same is it now ?

We have another 9 years of this to look forward to.

 

We aren't competing. That's what p*sses me off most. There's no heart and soul to our team anymore. Probably also as a club as a whole. The fans are the last remaining heartbeat in this beast. No one else seems to care.

 

If true then at least we will get to see home games against Therefore and Kings Lynn

I don't think any of us do expect to win every game but one win away over 6 months is horrendously poor.

 

I'm not disagreeing DD, but they are my team of choice and I will follow them to the end of the earth!
