1-1 at half time but should be 10 v 9. Kings stamped on ibra's head and ibra elbowed him!! Neither got a card. Think friend bottles the ibrahimovic one mund as he saw it. Don't think he saw mings but hope that ****er gets injured. Stamping on someone's head you deserve anythingbtgay comes your way

Despite the obligatory five minutes 'Fergie Time' when MU are not winning, it still ended up a draw.

Agre pe totally. Disgraceful what mings did. Should ge far more than any 3 games but it won't be. Don't blame ibra either. Yeah he should've walked for it but how many of us wouldn't do that if someone stamped on our head?

Manu are crap again though as usual. Mings is worse than Barton, that is the worst deliberate challenge I have ever seen, he got up and jumped at Ibra could have finished him the mad get, the f a have to throw the book at him.

Retrospective bans for both is my guess. 3 match for ibra, possibly 6-10 for mings.

Yeah that's what I expect as well. I'm curious as to what the ref has said about it.

Either way Mings will be out long term anyway with his injury, hopefully he won't make a recovery and Bournemouth go down.

Thing is, he did an interview for Soccer Saturday last week and he came across really well, quite down to earth and a good lad.

Never expected that at all from him. Hideously cowardly act, lowest of the low.

If he come out and said he is very sorry, it was a cowardly thing to do and he is ashamed then fair enough but the toss pot said he didn't mean it.

I hope Zlatan stays and does a Keane - Haaland on him next season.

What did Zlatan say about th elbow, just out of curiosity?

He said Mings jumped into his elbow <laugh>

Graham Poll reckons 3 game bans for both, if that's the case then it's a shambles.

Well I'd personally give Zlatan 3, and Mings a few more, 5/6.

That Bacuna for Villa got 6 for barging into a lino the other week, so Mings probably deserves 10 if that's the precedent.

I've watched this incident a few times on MotD, including in slomo and I understand that Mings claim is that it was accidental.
On purpose or an accident? I couldn't make my mind up.
Moving at speed and jumping to clear bodies on the ground while a bit off balance, it'd just the sort of situation where it could have been accidental.
It's easy to understand though why, from his position, Zlaten would think it was intended.
I presume that for retrospective action whoever reviews this must be certain that it was intentional.

Zlaten claims that Mings jumped into his elbow.
    This is patently rubbish.

However NEITHER player is making a big fuss about either incident.
Both came across quite adult about it in their post match interviews.

If it was me I'd let it all pass.
I certainly wouldn't want to see Mings let off and Zlaten punished.

He looks at Ibra's head, twice as he's hurdling him and shortens his stride in order to rake his studs down his head.

Minutes earlier they'd been tussling, and Ibra threw the lad on the floor.

There's not a doubt in my mind that he meant that stamp.

If a drunk person does that in the street in a late night scrap, they can be charged with attempted murder nowadays. Mings deserves 10 games and I repeat, I hope Ibra decides to end his career next time like Keane did to Haaland.

He meant it, he looks at Ibras head purposely and then extends his leg in a stamp movement.

If you just let it pass it's almost condoning both players actions, when they were both miles in the wrong.

Way off the mark here IMO.

I'm still not convinced FOR CERTAIN.

He may well have looked down, that would be the natural thing to do. But he was flying through the air at the time and in that situation you have little or no control of where you will land.

Only he knows if it was intentional.
The 'pundits' who are supposed to know a thing or two were doubtful too.
There is a result under Scottish Law of Unproven. It's used when the Court is not sure. It's something between Guilty and Not Guilty.
For me this comes under that heading and as such he has a good chance of not being punished.
Zlaten though is guilty from the evidence.

I just feel that it would be massively unfair if one was given a suspension and not the other.

I wonder if Joey Barton did exactly the same to Defoe's head, you'd be chatting as much ****.

Jose was seen talking to Mings, he has obviously told both lads to act innocent, and not throw each other under the bus so to keep both bans at a minimum.

They both meant to do it, anybody suggesting otherwise, such as you, is a complete moron.
