Well, just had to hastily move my flights back from the motherland to the Sunday, so i'll be out all day till 3am approx, then darting to Ponteland at 0630 (spew) to catch the new flight at 0730. Point of note, the flight was 70euro less, but rather than a refund, i had to pay a 40 euro change fee, money grabbing have it both ways bastards, but, i digress. Anyway, i hadn't even looked at the fixture list for Malaga CF, but when i did, what a ****ing result. After the derby, which is always sensational, Sunday the 21st sees Malaga kick of their home campaign. Against Barcelona. Tell me that's not a ****ing weekend! I'll settle for 2 home wins,
I will mis the Malaga game and will be going to the Derby by car, around £6.00 petrol should do it. Back home with Indian for footballfirst then watch sky games on Sunday after goals on sunday. Now thats a weekend.
It'll be live on Sky surely the Malaga game on the Sunday Syd. I'll stick pictures up on here on the Monday.
That'll be cracking mate. One of the finest stadiums in the world the Imtech, absolutely stunning. Incredible supporters as well, they have the home end which is just a wall of noise, i'd love to go to a Hamburg game Europa League...
No I'm in Gdynia Poland, local team arka have just been relegated, off to gdansk to see a game in their new stadium in a couple of weeks, it's being used for euro 2012.
If you buy an individual ticket to a Cat A (or whatever they call them here) game, it's 135 euro, that would be Barca, Madrid, Seville & Betis (the derbies), Valancia, Villareal & Atletico. A season card cost me 288 euro. No brainer or what, ha.
Absolute no brainer mate. 288 euro for a season card is cracking value for money with some of the players on show. Money well spent!
To be honest, that weekend I couldn't give a monkeys chuck about the other games mentioned...Only one game counts in the White household...
Aye, grounds spot on as well, old bullring style but refurbed. I'll probs get to most games as well, when i don't you can sell your tickets in the bars for 20 euro ish. 28,000 capacity with 24,000 season tickets, impressive. Cazorla, Joaquin, Toulalan & Buanonotte in midfield, be exciting to watch!
I did hear reports that the first two weeks of La Liga could be called off because of a players strike in Spain. What is the latest on that?
As it stands, the strike is on, but i imagine it'll be sorted. Fair play to the players from the bigger clubs, fronting the campaign to help out the smaller clubs, good to see the solidarity.
I'm stuck in Nigeria, won't get to see any of it, I'm gutted. On the plus side the Liverpool match is televised here tomorrow so might catch the second half after work.
if we beat newcastle i won't be garn home til sunday night (hiccup). now that'll be a weekend to remember
