Owen earnt his prem medal in the same way Giggs earned his PFA player of the year award in 2009 when he played 10 games and scored 2 goals and Bobby Charlton earned his Knighthood for not doing anything none of his team-mates in 1966 didn't.
Ferguson earned his for his charitable contributions to the Labour Parties election campaign and the referees retirement fund.

Merry, they will not bother answering that point. Another well researched comment by KPR.

This is the fatuous argument, I don't see how anyone can argue differently:

Really? Any source for that piece of information? I thought he signed for Everton at 9 after having played after being spotted playing for Copplehouse under-10s.

    You might be right.

Can we simply agree then that Rooney is simply a reject?

Be fair and honest - if he didn't play for you, you'd utterly & completely despise him.

Theres also a Liverpool connection to Dennis Law, He was discovered and given his debut as a 16 year old at Huddersfield town by then Huddersfield manager and future Liverpool manager Bill Shankly.

Actually you're wrong. Law thought his goal had relegated United, and that is why he did not celebrate. Utd however would have been relegated even if the match had been drawn but Denis at the time of the goal didn't know this.

Its plainly obvious Shrek got rejected by Liverpool. Liverpool always took the best of the youngsters, Everton always got the ****e that was left over ie Tony Hibbert and Jose Baxter and Leon Osman( who are all reds).

Hmmmmm. Wrong again KPR. He was discovered by Archie Beattie the Huddersfield scout who was the brother of Andy Beattie the manager and not Shankly. Denis signed for Huddersfield in 1955 but Shankly didn't become manager until 1956.

By the way how's your search going for the information about how Liverpool rejected Rooney?

It's hardly fatuous. The only foolish thing is to suggest that he was a reject to begin with, because, of course, he wasn't. To state that he has more PL medals than the entire Liverpool team combined isn't fatuous, it is just a simple truth. Had I gone on to state that this made him better than the entire Liverpool team combined, then you'd have a point. But I didn't.

Its obvious Liverpool rejected Rooney, he ended up at Everton.
Apparently he turned up at Liverpool trials in an Everton kit and they chucked him out. He also had an atitude problem that Steve Heighway wouldn't tolerate.

    Its not in my head.
Rooney has an atitude problem. Only someone with an atitude problem would pick a fight with a corner flag.
Face it, Rooney is a ticking time-bomb. He's going to explode. He's not got the intelligence to conduct himself properly. He wasn't brought up...he was dragged up. Rooney is a brainless thug, full stop.

Why are you being so stupid?

The simpler truth is that between them Glen Johnson & Joe Cole have won FIVE Premiership medals between them whilst Owen has won ONE

The 'simple truth' is that FIVE is bigger than ONE and I'd like you to prove differently.
