Firstly, have a nice big bunch of red roses delivered to her. Take her out for a nice meal in a very nice restaurant (if you are near enough, maybe the one that goes up and down the Thames.)

You could treat her to a Photo Shoot, or if there is something she really enjoys that you aren't keen on (eg the Opera) take her there and make sure you both have a great time.

You don't have to do the Spa thingy. Women love romantic breaks away, and the fact that you thought about the whole romantic trip away. I went to the Buchanan Arms hotel up at Drymen for a coupla nights with her and she loved it.

 

Tell her that there's more to life than material things and to demonstrate what a beautiful place the world is you've decided to give her nothing. If she's got a social conscience she'll understand and thank you for it - if she hasn't then she's a selfish cow and you're better off without her. on the plus side if she dumps you you've saved enough to get absolutely hammered with your mates
