I agree. I felt the same with all that overwrought emotional crap that Adele came out with at the Grammy awards. These people are so full of their own self-importance it's laughable.

I'm not sure what his PhD is in, something Chemistry. . I remember back in our university days he was the strange guy that LOVED organic chemistry. Most biology/chemistry people hated organic chem... He's got a pretty sweet job currently. Does a lot of travelling to different offices. He's in Colombia half the time. He can live anywhere he likes near an airport. Just had to go to NY for a week once a month. I'll pass the info on to him if I talk to him, his wife went to school in England (his wife's hot sisters still live there) and he grew up going to a British school so he might be open to England. Last I talked to him he loved his current job though.
If the position is still open in 3 yrs time when my daughter gets her PHD, she might be interested, but I think she is leaning more towards research in either genetics or dementia at the moment
