Each year Preston North End fans choose an away day to remember players and fans who have passed away. The day is less of a memorial and more of a celebration when they don bowler hats, suits, dresses and ... basically have a jolly day out. This year the match at Craven Cottage on Saturday is the designated venue. The tradition goes back to the early 1970s and here's a video from last year which explains the history of the event - Think it's a great idea and good luck to them in their fancy dress parade. Get out the cloth caps though guys, ready to doff them as we celebrate the 3 points.
2600 of us arriving on Saturday looking forward to it, as for the result can only see it going three ways WLD
Have a great day lads and take away some fond memories of the Cottage, but not any points if you please.
