    Good Morning Everyone,

The Express claim that Rangers have drawn up a four man short list for their vacant Managers role.

Aberdeen boss Derek McIness, Alex McLeish, Gary Rowett and Garry Monk are the four names.

Are Rangers the same pulling force that they were 10 years ago?

Can anyone see why Rangers could be a more attractive proposition than Leeds?

Charlie Taylor is eyeing a move to Liverpool at the end of the season, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.

Since the 23-year-old suffered an injury, which has kept him out of action for around three months, Gaetano Berardi has stepped up to the plate.

The Yorkshire Evening Post reports that Taylor has made up his mind to leave Leeds in the summer, and the door is open for a switch to Liverpool.

From Liverpool’s point of view, they need a recognised left-back, despite James Milner doing a relatively good job.

What has been your favourite away kit this season?

RANGERS = top flight Scottish Club. LEEDS = mediocre second rate 'would be if it could be' club. You fill in the blanks.

    Morning all,

Daily Record has a different view, and I'm more inclined to believe them than the Express - a tory paper most Scots hate. DR usually has the inside track as all they do is write about Rangers & Celtic.

Taylor can GTF. He is dead to me & should be to all of us.

Fave away strip is the mock Sweden strip sported by Wood in the first picture.

******** **** is a perverted boring old ****. His misplaced cockiness because his team might get promoted to the league we are currently in is now becoming tedious. Let's hope his main account is more interesting than this one. Perhaps some of the proper Wallies could teach this old goat where he is missing the point? You fill in the blanks. :emoticon-0148-yes:

Morning, Yellow/White followed by Yellow/Blue for the away kit.

I think Monk needs to decide what his long term ambition is. Does he have dreams of managing England one day or a top 5 PL team? If so hopping over to Rangers won't do his career much good.

I personally feel Monk is going to be like the Neil Warnocks of the managerial world, good at Championship level but lacking in the top flight.

If we fail in our promotion attempt we need him to stay and build on what we have started. If we go up I'm not too much bothered who leaves, Loanees Grimes, Barrow, Pedrazza, Sacko haven't shown anything to convince me they are good enough.

I'm impressed with Bartley, Swansea fans believe this is his level, I think he might be better in the PL next time around. Roofe, Hernandez, Doukara will all need replacing, Silvestre and Green will do too if we go up.

Taylor can go, I have preferred Berardi in his position...

Morning all. Rangers currently 33 points behind Celtic and likely won't challenge them in the next decade. Why would Monk or anyone bother? I'm with WJ, Taylor for me left the day he handed in his transfer request. Off with him and join the others that couldn't wait to get away. We've a far better team than when they were around. Did Byram or Cooke improve their new clubs? I don't know or care as I stop following ex Leeds players as soon as they walk out the door. A time will come, and maybe not too long away, when we'll be the envy of the PL clubs and those ex players will realise what they're missing. I watched victimpool v Leicester and what would Klopp give for the team spirit Gary Monk has created with us. Class

Agree on all but would have loved to have seen Cooke in this team, especially playing alongside Hernandez. See how many times Hernandez makes a run or pass that is a little too good for some of the others and think Cooke may have thrived on it - guess we will never know :emoticon-0101-sadsm

On another point, why don't you share your thoughts on whether we should really want to go up ref, developing the stadium, signing "superstars" and the likely cost to fans like those on Saturday. Not fishing at all, have thought about that quite a bit since the weekend and think it is a really interesting point - not so certain now myself. I haven't raised it because I don't want to steal your thunder but would be interested to see what others think :emoticon-0148-yes:

If we were to get promoted, would you sign Grimes, Barrow, Sacko or Pedrazza based on what we have seen so far? Even if we don't get promoted, it isn't a cull, they are all on loan so will be going back either way.

Would you give Doukara a new contract?

Do you believe Green or Silvestre could cut it in the PL?

Hernandez is hit or miss at this level, Roofe despite being someone we all like as a person and we all respect the effort he puts in, he certainly isn't good enough for the PL.

Oh and I'm not jumping the gun and I am just taking one game at a time, these comments are based on the op question regarding Taylor and Monk possibly leaving at the end of the season, I'm just pointing out, PL football or not we will need to rebuild to a certain extent.

For anyone wanting to go to the QPR game - get your tickets ordered quickly. Just gone on for mine and South Stand is completely sold out. Got tickets in the cheese wedge which, in itself would be fine, except numb nuts is going to be sitting directly above us <yikes>

I probably did a while back. At my time of life, last weekend brought back great memories of what football used to be. Committed players who you could identify with, spending seven eight years at a club. All belonging to the club rather than on six month loan deals. I want to see us win promotion as much as any fan but look at what the top six have become in the PL and it would disgust me to see performances like Liverpool and Arsenal put in every week in front of 60k or whatever, the majority who dont really care and will have forgotten the result ten minutes after game finishes. When I look at Everton, thats where Id like to see us . Old stadium, make a fine job of holding on to quality players. Might never actually win anything but what the hell. Just look at their 200k donation to that unfortunate young Sunderland supporter Bradley, that was superb. I want promotion but dont want to be the next Man City Marcos <ok>

At the start of this season, Cellino finally allowed a coach to have a proper coaching setup. Redfearn, Darko, Evans, Rosler none were permitted to have the level of support given to Monk as he brought in the likes of Clotet and Beattie to help out.

We dipped into the transfer market and is it 13 new players now? Some haven't worked but you have to expect that but the bones of the squad, Ayling, Jansson, Berardi, O'Kane, Bridcutt, Vieira and Wood are all on a contract (or will be) for next season.

This is where we should have been two seasons ago, when Byram and Cook would have been happy to stay. I'll take promotion, I want promotion but realistically we are batting just a bit ahead of ourselves.

Defence is pretty much sorted but without Wood we wouldn't be where we are now. If we fail to go up this time around and we keep Monk I have every faith next season would be special as long as the new owner puts his hand in his pocket for a couple of permanent signings and fewer loans.

If I had a choice of being Everton just surviving and going nowhere or Man City I'm sorry but I would have to take Man City every day.

Those players might have looked committed Eire, they probably were but I guarantee if Man City came in for any of them with a big money offer they would be off. From what I saw on Saturday, Sacko and Doukara are two players that shouldn't have been out on their feet either.

I do agree about too many loan players though. Bartley and Jansson the exception this season.
