Right, so we keep Bravo busy and ignore the other ten. Sorted. Stopped watching when second went in. Some good games on Spanish league tonight. Real losing at home to a handy Las Palmas side who could have been out of sight by now, but Real have just scored two in two minutes. Result did not reflect game though.
How on earth the ref gave Real that penalty defies sense. I doubt if any other team would have got it.
Harsh but Real had a good goal wiped off for off-side when Ronaldo was clearly on-side. What did Bale do to get sent off? - I was still watching the City game.
They certainly are, I saw them tear Valencia to shreds 4-2 at the Mestalla early in the season. Boateng was outstanding.
Think I saw that one, were there a couple of spectacular long range strikes including a free kick from a David Luiz looking CB?
It was on Sky - there were some great goals, Santi Mina scored for Valencia and Boateng scored on his debut. Mustafi was in talks with Arsenal and was dropped from the starting 11. Las Palmas looked like they were going to score every time they went forward.
Kicked a bloke on the leg from behind then followed with an attempted trip, bloke gave him a little push but Bale pushed back harder, both were going to get yellows but Bale qualified for red. Could have been sheer frustration as Real could do nothing right tonight
I don't mind them being given mate but you need to give them all and not just the odd one. Anywhere else on the field it's given as a foul. If a striker does it to a defender it's a foul every time so why shouldn't it be a penalty. I hate it when oshea grabs people at corners. It's a foul and it should always be given as one. I'd be spewing if the same thing happened at both ends in the same game and the one against us was given but not for. Otherwise I'd have no problem with the decision
Anyone watching Utd vs. Bournemouth? Properly entertaining game, Bournemouth down to 10 (should be 9).
Thing is though, if Mings' cowardly stamp is picked up he's sent off and Zlatan doesn't go for retribution because he's not on the pitch. Doesn't excuse the elbow mind you. Great to watch though
Certainly makes it interesting. Both were in the wrong though. Kevin Friend having a mare, it took him about 3 minutes to realise that he had already booked Surman.
I saw Surman's first yellow, never a foul. Seems like anything where somebody else could potentially get hurt is a foul these days no matter how cleanly you win the ball.
Good game but mings should get at least 6 matches for that. Well done to zlatan for elbowing the ****.
