Lucas? Not sure what job it was on Monday though, think he was clearing leaves from the pitch...Badly.
.... the stat that matters is that Chelsea are 10 points clear ...and in the game they played Kante's goal counted more than Ibra's (who didn't have one) ... case closed...
Thanks for letting us know that it was in jest, otherwise we might have wondered if he had a twin brother.
Said the yesterday I felt that Zlatan, Kante, Wanyama and Mane have all been the best signings with Gueye following closely behind them. Of the lot I'd say Zlatan edges it. The way I look at it is if you took Kante/ Wanyama/ Mane/ Zlatan out of each of their respective sides, Utd would struggle the most, he's carried Utd for a number of games and won them the EFL Cup over the weekend. One of the greatest strikers to ever play the game.
Well cut me legs off and call me shorty ... two Spurs fans that don't want to acknowledge that a Chelsea player is the signing of the season for some reason ... despite them being 10 points clear at the top of the league ... coincidentally the same points margin that another team in blue won the league by last season ... and with that same player being key ... whatever next ...
Utd's win percentage actually goes up this season without him, though only slightly. 65% with, 67% without. Liverpool's drops from 64% to 30% without Mane. Spurs' rises from 51% to 75% without Wanyama, though he's only missed four games and the three wins were lower league sides. Chelsea's is the same with or without Kante, but his figures are similarly skewed by cup wins against lower league teams.
Possibly. Or it could be that Marcus Rashford played instead, found his feet, and scored a similar amount of goals? I'm not putting Zlat down, he's been incredible and I'm sold on the fact he's just an amazing player and is definitely, for me, the signing of the season. I'm now able to add him to the list of truly great players I've seen play, and will do again before the seasons out. I'm just saying we'd have found a way without him and probably should have given it a go a few more times this season.
From the top 6 I would go for Mane, because have others have shown, the effect he has had on the Poool this season is immense.
I guess so ... they are currently only 14 points off the league leaders whereas last season they finished up 21 behind... ... where did Chelsea finish btw? ... and where are they now? ... looks like Kante may just have had an immenser immense effect
I would go as far as saying that not only is Kante the best signing (again) but he's also the best player in the league. He would improve every side in the world. I think he's the only player in the league that can say that.
