clivetime and the anti Grayson brigade are an absolute disgrace. This man has got us back into the Championship and almost in the play-offs in our first season back. He's working with his hands tied with minimum funds. One of the idiots before I started ignoring him was always praising Gary Mac, admittedly a great player in his day but an absolutely clueless manager who would have taken us to a lower division. We played some very pretty football under him but he didn't have a clue how to battle, which is a major requirement in League 1. He may have brought in some good players but didn't know how to use them. SG utilised these players and got the best out of them. We're called Leeds UNITED isn't it time we became United as fans too and got behind our manager, believe me the grass isn't always greener and sacking or pushing SG could be a major mistake.
So I'm a disgrace? **** off I can say what I want, when I want. I dont always agree with what Grayson does, I dont always disagree but I'm well within my rights to say what the **** I think. Who the **** are you to tell me differently?

I think it's hard to be against Grayson if you look at the bigger picture. Small Picture: Sometimes dodgy signings and tactics. Big Picture: 1st season: mid-table to play offs L1, 2nd season: Promotion from L1 to NPC, 3rd season: 7th in NPC. All on a shoestring budget.
I knew someone who was supposed to be ignoring me would twist that. He sacked McAllister after only 11 months and Grayson is still here after over 2 and a half years later because of his penchant for tin pot managers. Simon, you've got your pictures the wrong way round. It's easy to say Grayson has been a success because we got promoted and finished 7th, but it's when you look deeper that you see he was very unconvincing in those achievements and they were really the bare minimum required of him anyway. You can't say that dodgy signings and tactics are part of the small picture, making good signings and getting your tactics right are the basics of good management.

Wrong Clive, the bare minimum required of a manager is success. Note I said he sometimes made dodgy signings and sometimes gets his tactics wrong. He's also made some great signings and gets his tactics spot on the vast majority of the time. And before you say anything about me being supposed to have you on ignore OLOF quoted you.
But you can't have success if you're a poor judge of players and can't get your tactics right. And before you try and make out that Grayson has been a success, if that was the case, why is everybody so upset? We're right back to where we were when Blackwell was sacked, and that's not progress!
Everybodys upset because leeds fans expectations are whey too big, a lot of our fans are impatient because of our past and just want to get back to those times asap. But in reality we're only in our second season in the championship and its gonna be hard. Graysons doing fine!

Bit touchy Pags! My reference wasn't directed at you, it's directed at those who turn every post into a rant against SG. SG has his faults but the **** he is taking from some people is out of order. Some of the posts are just embarrassing and making LUFC a laughing stock amongst other fans. I am entitled to an opionion as much as you or the next man / woman.
