I guess everyone has the right to support in whatever way they want to do it, I never drink at games, the old plumbing isn't up to it, but I wouldn't miss a minute of the game, unless it got seriously desperate!

It's why I never have a beer at the (any) ground. There's just no way to do it without missing the game. Sod that I'll wait.

I agree. Maya has risen to the occasion. He was kept out by Virgil (obviously) and by Fonte (because he was the incumbent and our captain), but now he has grabbed the opportunity. Whilst I agree that it would have been great to have VVD available, you can't second-guess history....we can't possibly know if we would have qualified for the final with him playing. Not because he isn't the bees knees (because he is), but how can we possibly know if he would have been in the exact position that Maya or Jack were in in a crucial moment versus Liverpool. It is what it is.....though we can still hate Vardy. :)

If it had been Van Dijk in the wall it would have hit him in the chest, rather than clearing an at full-stretch, jumping Davis, not that he'd be on the end of the wall, but you know what I mean

Got a text from my old man at 1.00am to say he'd just got home (club coach to SMS).

I managed to bag a seat on my train home but forgot how much they attracted tossers... was a long journey but easier (and cheaper) than the coach!

Yes, he was knackered and wasn't getting into the same positions. The expected the substitution but didn't agree with Jay coming on.
The boys were magnificent and Maya my man of the match. Oriel made Pogba look second rate .....

The Waterloo trains were full to bursting. Someone I know was on a rammed train which he caught 2 hours late as he couldn't get on the earlier ones. Only just made the ferry and that was because a minibus full of fans phoned ahead and the Red Jet waited. Red Jet are pretty good with Saints fans now.

We drove up, then got a train into Waterloo and tube to Wembley. No troubles at all. Back at 9:30pm.

Look how colourful our end is compared to theirs. ****ing shameful from them.

Any vids around of the whole end bouncing up and down and waving scarfs singing for Gabby after his second?

I've said it before and I will say it again.

The united fans were an embarrassment to a club so large. No passion whatsoever. A joke of a following.

Pretty gutted to be honest - we were absolutely outstanding, far and away the better team, but it wasn't to be.

The whole day, to be honest, was simply incredible - from the brass band at atmosphere at SMS, to hearing OH WHEN THE SAINTS ringing around Wembley Stadium. Can't fault anybody today - don't see how people can, in all honesty. They players gave everything, and then some.

    Amazing, really!

Also, if there's one photo to sum up the twatty Man Utd, then this is it:

Also that Pogba is a right ****ing twat - going down like a ****ing fairy everytime someone brushed past him. Hope someone snaps his leg.

Which is suprising as their general away support is among the best.

    They were atrocious really though.
