Argus predictions for August 13 – 15 2011

Welcome back to the weekly predictions for the new 2011/2012 season.

Thank goodness common sense prevailed, with only the Spurs game postponed and to make up the numbers we have included ‘Boro in their derby match at Elland Road.

This is the ideal opportunity to demonstrate your forecasting skills to your peers, though I must add that this has proved the graveyard for many ‘experts’ over the years.

Anyone can take part and newcomers very welcome.

Just cut and paste the fixtures below and complete the scores – it’s that simple.

We play on a weekly basis, so you won’t be penalised if you occasionally forget to submit your entry and no matter how badly you perform, you start each week with a clean slate. However, the lowest scorer suffers the shame of being sent to the naughty step until we play again. For those who may not have played before – that is the ultimate humiliation – just ask ‘talcnturnip’ who has probably developed piles by now, having spent the past couple of months there in isolation, since our last game at West Ham in April!!

Same rules as before;
1. Winner is the person with the highest number of correct RESULTS
2. In the event of a tie, then the person with the highest number of correct SCORES takes the top spot.
3. No entries accepted after first game starts.
4. Results will usually be published the day following the last game played - this week it’s the City v Swansea game on Monday night.
