I'm not going to complain, but I agree, he got it wrong, but I'm sure he'll know that better than anyone. We just need Leicester to get humped by Liverpool on Monday and Evandro and Markovic to be back next week. I would like to see Niasse and Hernandez play up front together from the start.

Kind of saw this coming. Even found it hard to disagree with Lawro & Merson's predictions, which of course were both correct.
On their day, Burnley are pretty deft at stifling the opposition.
As disappointing as it is, it's another game unbeaten in the Prem.

Most embarrassing moment yesterday was the Burnley fans sing Millwall's 'no-one likes us' - the fact is no-one give a flying **** about you - what a set of clowns - they'll be singing 'Yids' next

Burnley have done well at home but until yesterday they had got one point away from home. The team selection and the way the game played out was like he had picked up Brucie's game plan.

It's hard for me to comment as I never saw the game, but let's not forget that he had three recent first choice players unavailable in Clucas, Evandro and Markovic. Take three first choice attacking threats out of most teams, let alone one with a squad depth as shallow as ours, and you'd have to adopt a different game plan, which is probably what was seen yesterday.

They were mostly Bruce's players though. I think Evandro gives us a bit more of a swashbuckling edge.

    It really was
I'm just a bit to your right from what you've said (N4, and you're N5 are you?) and the singing was garbage
I did start some myself, but regardless of who started it songs never really took off, finished too soon and a wider variety is needed IMHO

I do think that a loud atmosphere helps the team...so step up people

I was thinking more about the attacking threat or lack of it. We now have more options and the chance to go with two up front and yet we started with Mbokani on his own.

Yeah that was a bit of a strange one. I'd put Mbokani behind both Abel and Niasse so I don't know what the thinking was there, unless Marco thought that he's a big unit and so he'd get on the end of some crosses from Turbo & Elmo, without fully realising that Mbokani's nasa.

I hope the FA take retrospective punishment against Boyd for that 'tackle' on Maguire, it was ****ing atrocious. As Atkinson failed to punish it on the pitch during the match - the ****ing imbecile. That leaves the door open to apply the appropriate action. It should have been a straight red. Cowardly tackle.

No he didn't Elmo played instead of Markovic. I thought Maloney was a bit unlucky with a couple of moves that if they had come off could have been game changers.

Bruce never got a point off Burnley in the Prem - all our other managers did

The Burnley fans seem to be split between Boyd's tackle being worse than Hendrick's to "got ball but foot bounced up over it".

Dennis, no. 7, Barnes aswell, super ****er, could and should have 2 or 3 yellow cards in first half.
No. 9, Grosicki's local supporters group doing their best singing for him, below us, at front of South stand, can't remember the words, could hum the tune though!! (Must have been quiet down Spring Bank yesterday afternoon!!)

For those not at the game/not seen, Jak up to his usual crowd participation! First half, obviously feeling the tension in crowd after a few wobbly moments at the back, gesturing with his hands for everyone to calm down, just wish he wouldn't turn his back on the game to do it!!
