    MY MATE MARK 2/1
Shaped well on debut and should take the Southwell bumper
I like LARRY at Fontwell, bundles of winners in the pedigree including the very useful Gaspara, currently 5/1

Been told that SAM RED 4.10 Southwell wins. By my mate Mark funnily enough.

Laibaik looks a massive price at 9/1 provided he jumps off. <whistle>

Yeah, better to wait until he does take off though and get on in play. I got caught in a previous race with him stupidly and it's the most frustrating way to lose a bet.

Talented, but clearly a highly strung horse.

I saw a quote from Gordon saying "he was too smart for his own good"

He has been out hunting a few times since. Hopefully that will do the trick with him. If he doesn't play ball tomorrow I suspect it will be the last we'll see of him.

You get them like that from time to time, hopefully he is in the mood for a run tomorrow. It's a nice race overall. Any Second Now has done very well in his 2 starts and what I like is he still had plenty to work with as well. Laibaik's run with Mick Jazz looks ok now so would definitely give him a squeak if he runs.

Not entirely sure. Last quote I read was along the lines of that he's still learning, will need a trip, big and raw and plans will be left with Frank and JP. That's on the Irish racing website if you search there you will see the exact quote.

I'm not second guessing those owners as you know yourself they could say one thing then have him supplemented tomorrow for something if they felt the need to. The Neptune would be ideal I would imagine but I see no current entries beyond this task. Maybe they will wait and see tomorrow's performance and thrash it out Monday over a Cuban cigar or two ???

RED ADMIRABLE 15/2 could be worth a dabble in the Southwell 4.40
Travelled really well last time until emptying very quickly between the last two hurdles. Slightly better going today and a further ease from the handicapper should mean he gets very much involved in a pretty awful race.

Riddlestown is interesting in that race given his love of the course.

The horse he was riding, BOOMERANG BOB, was killed in what was a three horse pile up.

Racing on the frozen track is madness to me even with the special shoes worn. George is apparently fine and just waiting for the drugs to wear off to come to himself. A hole in the track was the cause and the rest of the card was suspended.
