As you'll already be a few drinks in I would happily fork out for a pint of Courvoisier just for the joy of watching you struggle and sway to the ground afterwards

I thought exactly the same at the time, and even said to my ('Pool supporting ) pal in the pub that it was risky and a mistake.

I was just going by what Tobes (and couple others off forum) said to me and how I would feel.

As much as I love to support the underdog, I certainly was wishing Palace & Villa to lose the last 2 cup finals as it benefitted us.
