An interesting take. Although I'm not fully sure how we'd manage to get here? Unless there's another race dropping humans off everywhere.
If we are alien beings, there would be no need for us to evolve, we would have arrived with our iPads and the internet, but with no where to plug them in that's all. 300 species of life extinct in 500 years is nothing. It is dwarfed by the shear number of known species 8,750,000. There are 12,000 species of ant. 35,000 of spiders. We live in an ever changing environment and whilst we live in fear of man made pollution changing the climate, just one big volcano can erupt, just one big meteor strike and we are buggered.
Sorry, should've said Far right hand side, just behind the road sign next to the fence. To the right of the right tower.
What - a tree? Sorry if I'm being an idiot here and this is part of a prior discussion but it didn't seem to be.
This is the close up I got. So in the picture you can see the base of the stone tower and a tree to the right. The figure in question is the one standing behind the road sign.
I mean, if there is a figure there - which I cant see - then it's inconceivable that he could be having said piss, or out for a walk, or waiting for a lift, or walking from his broken down car, or taking photos in exactly the same way the bloke taking this photo was... There's literally no explanation other than alien life-form visiting earth.
It doesn't matter what I think. I already know what it is. I put it up here for others to look at to encourage debate and discussion. If you think it's a tree, then to you it's a tree.
Had there been any sort of obvious circumstance, he wouldn't have sent the pictures. He isn't releasing these pictures to the public (he can't, sadly he's in a coma) and has no intention of going to the media with any of this. This was taken at around 3 in the morning on a mountain in the middle of February, I'd be very surprised if there were people randomly walking around at night, cocks out or otherwise.
I've seen the sights that the avenues have to offer, not pretty. Going back to the picture in question, however, it's certainly one of the more promising photographs that I've seen.
You mean like how he was out and about at 3am on a mountain in the middle of February with his camera?
He wasn't walking, he was driving home (albeit dangerously with a camera in one hand) ,not stood still on a mountain in winter. And yes, he does have a right hand drive car, he's British (well, Welsh anyway). In any case, the figure wasn't the intended target of the photo, it just happened to be in there when he checked the next day. He said he didn't recall seeing it as he went past.
Furthermore, are you seriously suggesting that the fact that one person was there at the time, means it totally debunks it as there's a possibility it could also be a person? That proves absolutely nothing, other than the fact that it's possible to drive down a road at 3am with a camera in one hand.
I have some pretty good image software on my pc, so I had my own look at the original and I was shocked. It is quite clear on my screen (I just wish you could all see it as well as I can) but it is a pasty and not a pie.
