Not a Wum. On a serious note, topic wise, my money is on Liverpool winning their first PL before Spurs. Have seen Spurs rise almost to the top on a few occasions now, only to slink back down to midtable. Liverpool have had more consistent success in the PL era, both in their league standings and on trophies won. They had a couple years down in 7th/8th but are slowly working their way back up. Spurs, it wouldn't surprise me if they grabbed a top 4 spot this year, then finished 9th next season.
True, I think 4th is the best they could get but they need to kill the monkey on their back for that to happen.
It depends on if Poochy stays, he's built a decent side and filling in gaps, Klopp has been there for 3 windows and the defence hasn't improved at all.
